The first step is the Preliminary Interview

This is about determining whether we can work together. As Business Coaching is a very active process, it is important the both parties can work together.

This is an important stage as you will find out if Red Blue Green has the skills and experience you are looking for and how you can best benefit from working together.

From our point of view, not all companies are able to commit to the effort required to make Business Coaching a success.

At this time we need to determine whether the two businesses are a good fit for each other.

A successful business partnership has a benefit for all parties.

There is no charge or obligation for this first step.

The second step is the Business Evaluation

This Diagnostic can take from ½ to two days to complete, depending on your business requirements.

Not surprisingly each business has unique expectations and needs, and we vary our Evaluation accordingly.

At a minimum you and your business will receive a report which will identify opportunities to build your business, and actions required to achieve this success.

A detailed Business Plan can also be a product of this step. The contents would include your Company Background, Vision, Operational Analysis, Product/Services Overview and Financial Objectives. Additional consulting services are available and could include Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats (SWOT) Analyses, Market and Competitive Positioning Reviews, Business and Revenue Forecasting Systems and much more plus an Action Plan to help you create the reality from your vision.

You and your company will benefit, as together we

•  Create a plan you can present to your bank, employees, investors and other stakeholders.

•  Create independent systems to monitor your business' success.

•  Identify existing strengths and new business opportunities

The third step is the Business Coaching Activity

It's up to you whether you end the process there.
